What we collect

• Driver documents: license photo, vehicle photo, number plate.
• Home and work locations you set.
• Real-time location during a ride. Purged 30 days after the ride completes.
• Ride chat. Retained 24 hours, then purged automatically.

How we use it

• Match you with verified coworkers at your employer.
• Route, bill, and settle rides.
• Trigger SOS to your emergency contacts when you ask us to.
• Run product analytics (aggregate only, never tied to a name in dashboards).

What we never do

• We never sell your data.
• We never share your phone or email with other users outside your group.
• We never listen to audio in a ride unless you opted in for recording on that ride.

Your rights

You can delete your account at any time from the app. Deletion wipes your personal data within 30 days, except financial records we are required to keep for tax purposes.
