Work-email verification is available in both countries, but neither market is usable yet. M-Pesa is the only payment method we have built, and a market cannot run without a local one. We have not signed a payments partner in either country and we are not going to name one until we have.
Three things, in this order.

A payment method
A wallet that people already trust and already use for daily spending. In Kenya that is M-Pesa. Card rails are not a substitute for a commute product.

Enough verified commuters
A work email verifies employment, but matching only becomes useful when enough commuters share routes and schedules.

Stages people name the same way
Routing runs on named stages. That works because Nairobi commuters agree on stage names. Any new city has to be seeded before matching is useful.
